In a time of significant disruption across global health, we have demonstrated resilience, adapting quickly while continuing to deliver for the communities we serve. We are equally motivated by the opportunities ahead.

GAIA is proud to share our bold strategic vision for 2026–2030, leveraging the experience, credibility, and connections built over our first 25 years to extend our impact. Through coordinated program partnerships, co-funding arrangements, and alignment with like-minded organizations, we will sustain the gains of the past while expanding our reach.

Over the next five years, GAIA will support more than 1.5 million clinic visits and significantly grow the number of nurses serving in public health facilities. Together with our partners, we will continue improving health at the “far end of the road,” strengthening health systems and advancing equitable access to quality care.
