Report on the Cost-Effectiveness of GAIA's Mobile Health Clinics
The objective of this analysis is to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of the clinical services provided by GAIA Mobile Health Clinics in southern Malawi. We calculated the program's Average Cost-Effectiveness Ratio (ACER), expressed as the financial cost per Disability-Adjusted Life Year (DALY) averted.

Malawi Last Mile Primary Care Initiative
In past decades, the greatest health challenge confronting Malawi was the HIV/AIDS epidemic. Through strong leadership from the Ministry of Health, collaboration with international partners, and alignment around the global 95–95–95 targets, Malawi has made extraordinary progress in controlling the epidemic. Today, most Malawians living with HIV know their status, receive treatment, and achieve viral suppression.
